If your club has verification switched on, riders submit video URLs from their profile confirming their height and weight, and you review them through your notifications.
The review
Submissions arrive under the bell. Approve or reject each one. Until a rider is verified they carry an Unverified tag.
✅ Handle these carefully
Those video URLs are visible only to the rider and to you. That privacy is the reason riders are willing to submit them at all — don't share them onward.
Why the queue matters
⚠️ Unverified riders can't be selected at all
An unverified rider cannot be added to a line-up and cannot be claimed. That makes your review queue part of the same chain as everything else: if enough of your squad is waiting on verification, you can find yourself below the minimum starters and blocked from saving a line-up — for a reason that has nothing to do with who's available.
Clear the queue early in the week, not on race night.
If you reject
Say why, through whatever channel your club uses. A rider who's rejected with no explanation will usually just resubmit the same video.
