1. Pick the race using the arrows beside the date.
  2. Use Move to shift riders between Bench and Starters until the start line looks right.
  3. Click Set Line Up.

Those riders now show as Active. That does two things: it locks them into your race, and it tells every other club they're no longer available to borrow.

Moving isn't committing

Riders only become Active when you click Set Line Up. Shuffling people around the table changes nothing until you do.

If Set Line Up refuses

Each race has a minimum number of starters. If you're below it, the app won't let you save — deliberately.

⚠️ That's a prompt, not a fault

The block is what turns "we're a rider short" into something you act on. Go and find another rider: Borrowing a rider.

Other reasons a rider can't go in:

  • They're Unavailable for that race
  • They're Unverified and your club requires verification — see Verifying riders
  • They're On Loan to another club that week

Editing later

You can change a line-up after setting it — the button becomes Edit Lineup. Riders you take out return to Available, which also makes them borrowable again.
