From All Teams, open the team you need. You'll land on the same My Team page its captain sees.
Check the banner first

A banner across the top, with a link back to Teams, is the only thing distinguishing another club's roster from your own. Setting a line-up for the wrong team is an easy mistake and an annoying one to explain.
Use it sparingly
Captains own their line-ups. Stepping in is a rescue, not a routine — a captain who finds their team rearranged without warning will stop maintaining it themselves.
If you're doing it regularly for the same team, that's usually a sign the team needs a different captain or a co-captain, which you can set in Creating teams.
What about Analytics?
Analytics answers "should we start another team, and at what time?" — riders available versus riders already rostered, by hour and by category, plus how much of your club has actually set availability.
