What Drafted Racing actually is

You've been added to a team. Now what?

Drafted Racing is where your club decides who races each week. Your job is small but it matters: tell the app when you're free, and keep it honest. Everything your captain does depends on it. This should take about ten minutes, once.

What Drafted Racing actually is

Your club runs races in more than one competition — a ZRL season, a ladder, one-off events. Drafted Racing keeps track of who's on which team, who's available for each race, and who's racing this week.

The part that surprises most new riders: you don't belong to one team. You belong to one team per competition. You might ride for the Bulldogs in ZRL, Northern Bay in the ladder, and a different squad again for a special event. All three live under your single account, and each one has its own captain, its own calendar and its own line-ups.

Why this matters

When you mark yourself available, you're answering for a specific race in a specific competition — not switching yourself "on" everywhere. That's why the availability screens are split the way they are.
